Mental Health. It is one of the most stigmatized topics that had been shunned until recent years. When people talked about mental health problems, they blindly associated it with diagnosable mental problems creating a huge gap of misunderstanding about the reality of the situation. Today, when we talk about mental health, we mean taking care of yourself, maintaining a good coping mechanism, having a feasible work-life balance and being able to express and manage a range of positive and negative emotions.
